Disclosures
Cashflow Bay is a software marketplace for invited institutional participants. Read this alongside our Terms and About page.
What we are not
- Not a broker-dealer or investment adviser. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell securities. Listings are posted by originators; offers are made by participants.
- Not a fund or issuer. We take no position on either side of a trade and pool no investor capital.
- Not a custodian. We do not hold client funds or securities. Close and settlement run between the parties (and any escrow or counsel they choose) off-platform.
- Not a bank. Phone and identity checks do not constitute a deposit relationship or FDIC insurance.
Marketplace fee
On close, Cashflow Bay may invoice a transaction fee to the buy-side (the party that made the accepted offer). The listing originator is not billed this fee.
- Standard cashflow / capital transactions: 5% of deal amount (500 bps).
- Credit-line style listings (borrow-against-asset): 1% of deal amount (100 bps).
Fee invoices are issued via Stripe. A separate product email may also confirm that the deal was marked closed.
Invitation-only book
Early cohorts may see a thin book. Marketing surfaces may use illustrative examples; live inventory for signed-in users is the operational source of truth for offers and data rooms.
Risk
Contractual cashflows and private capital transactions involve credit, legal, operational, and liquidity risk. Past performance of an originator or asset class is not a guarantee. Perform your own diligence and obtain independent advice.
