About the bay

A marketplace, not a fund.

Cashflow Bay is a marketplace where contractual cashflows find capital, and capital finds yield from contract, not chance.

Owners and operators list the revenue they already have — lease assignments, royalty streams, receivables, CAPEX needs, credit lines. Investors read the book and meet them on yield. Distributions flow on schedule, into the account on file.

We take no position on either side of that trade.

Nothing

The seller pays us nothing, ever — the fee is invoiced to the party placing the offer, and only once the deal is done. Nobody pays to find out what their cashflow is worth, and we earn only when both sides come away whole.

What we are, and what we are not

Worth stating plainly, since the difference decides who carries the risk.

What we are

A venue
A place where listings meet offers with the terms visible to both sides. Originators name their band; investors meet it or step aside.
A standard
Every listing is described in the same structured shape, so two cashflows from different industries can actually be compared.
A diligence room
Documents released per counterparty, watermarked to whoever requested them, with every download logged against the grant.
A closing rail
Identity, entity, accreditation, and AML checks clear on both sides before anyone transacts.

What we are not

An issuer
We originate nothing and hold no paper of our own. Every listing belongs to the party that posted it.
A broker or adviser
Nothing on this site is a recommendation. Listings are not investment advice, and past originator performance guarantees nothing.
A fund
We pool no capital and take no position alongside you. We are never on the other side of your trade.
A custodian
Funds move through a third-party escrow partner. None of it passes through us, and we hold none of it.

The full regulatory statement lives in our disclosures.

Where to start

If you hold a contractual cashflow, the desk will walk you through listing it — describe the stream in plain language and the intake agent does the rest. If you have capital to place, the book is open.
