Portfolio holders list contractual revenue — lease assignments, royalty streams, receivables. Businesses list CAPEX needs and credit lines. Investors meet them on yield. Distributions flow on schedule, into the account on file.

We are not an issuer, broker, or fund. We don't custody capital. Funds move through a third-party escrow partner, and every lister and investor clears identity, accreditation, and AML checks before transacting.
